Use RailsHelp for quick searching through the docs

RailsHelp":http://www.railshelp.com/ has just come online as a useful tool to make digging through the docs a little easier. For right now, it searches only the Rails API documentation, but more resources should be added later. If you have a suggestion, the site’s author is over in the TextDrive forum taking them!
