Things Are A Changing

Ok, so I have officially taken over RailsTips.org. No worries, it wasn’t hostile. So who am I? I am John Nunemaker. During the day I work as a web developer for the University of Notre Dame’s Web Group. By night, I moonlight as a freelance developer and Rails fan. Ok, to be honest, I operate as a Rails fan by day and night. My personal blog is Addicted To New for those that may be interested in learning more about the new owner.

First off, I wanted to let everyone know there may be some feed funniness as I get everything straight and that the changes have already started.

Second, since it is a blog about Rails I figured I’d give Typo a try. So far I am pretty happy with it. If you notice any oddities as I get everything configured to my liking, let me know in the comments.

Lastly, railstips.org will be getting a new face and some added features pretty soon. I want to encourage others to submit tips and make it really easy to do so.

That is all for now, just wanted to let everyone know what is happening and say hi.
