RailsConf: Dave Thomas Keynote

Glu.ttono.us just posted a great summary of Dave Thomas’ RailsConf keynote. To all of you (and me) that couldn’t make it to RailsConf, check it out. I found the data integration and deployment sections very interesting. Pulling some validations from the database seems like a great idea. Things like making not null required automatically and validating lengths, etc. would be nice.

I thought it was funny too that the last thing in the summary was “all developers deserve to be happy.”
