Free Conference Ticket

I received a complimentary pass to the Voices That Matter Professional Ruby Conference in Boston November 17-20. I am going to RubyConf at the beginning of the month so I am going to pass on the free pass. If you are wanting to go for free, leave a comment and I’ll contact you by email. First come first serve, no hoops to jump through or contests to win. I’d feel horrible letting a free ticket to anything go to waste.

The core conference costs $995, so this is a pretty sweet deal. You can read more about the conference on the website. Also, if you do not get the free pass, you can use the priority code PR2MAL4 to receive a $200 discount, as already mentioned by the fine folks over at Rails Spikes.

Update: 10/24/2008 – The ticket has been claimed.

I’d love to go. I live in Boston and want to go badly but my company won’t pay for it and its a little expensive to pay for myself.

  3. I would love to go, it’s quite close to me.

  4. Would greatly appreciate the ticket. I quit my job to work on a rails start-up and have been cutting corners left and right. The Rails Way has been keeping my spirits high.

  5. Steve was first and has accepted the ticket. Sorry to those who missed out.

  6. No problem, thanks for the chance and keep up the great blogging work!

  7. no problem John, thanks for the kind act :)
