First ever Rails conference announced

[RailsConf 2006 has just opened up registration](http://railsconf.org/) for those wishing to attend. The conference will take place in Chicago, but no specific venue has been announced it seems. There is still not a whole lot of information available on the conference, other than a pretty impressive keynote speaker list, including Dave Thomas, David Heinemeier Hansson, Paul Graham, and Martin Fowler.
